Payment methods - fizetési módok

Important!

By paying through bank transfer, Transferwise or by credit/debit card (Stripe), you can choose the currency you wish to pay with: HUF, EUR or Dollars. 

 Through the PayPal system, however, you can only pay by DOLLARS. Please do not try to pay in PayPal in HUF or EUR, because in this case our system may refuse access to the purchased product. The reason for this is that the HUF / EUR price given on the website will not exactly match the purchase price calculated by PayPal and therefore the system will not consider the transaction completed.

Regardless of the method of payment, please note the following:

We will send you a confirmation on all orders via email in English. This means that after you place your order, you will receive an automatic email in English about the receipt of your order. This notice does not constitute a contract between the seller and the buyer. It merely indicates to the customer that your intention to order has been registered by our system. Failure to deliver an e-mail confirmation may be due to an incorrect e-mail address, so please pay close attention and give us a valid e-mail address! If you do not receive an automatic notification, please also check your Spam account, as the automatically generated mail may have been got there.

After the payment, you will return to the web store page, where you will receive a confirmation of the result of the transaction.

The following payment methods are currently available on the site:

1. Bank transfer

In case of a bank transfer, please note that you will only have access to the purchased content after we have recieved the amount indicated in the online shop. Please make sure to transfer the exact amount displayed in the currency of your choice. (Example: If the product you wish to purchase costs 19 $, and the Forint tab shows  5,700 HUFand the Euro tab shows  16 EUR, transfer exactly one of these amounts and do not convert the 19 $ to HUF or EUR at the current exchange rate! )

Important: Make sure to include your name and the order number of the purchased product in the notice, which can be found in the order confirmation e-mail, for example: [Order # 60782]

You will receive the data required for bank transfer by e-mail after ordering. Please make sure you enter a valid email address! Once the purchase price is received, your order will switch from "on-hold" to "complete" in your account and you will be able to access the purchased content.

2. Transferwise

3. PayPal

When paying with PayPal, please note that you can ONLY pay in dollars! (see "Important" section above). If you choose this payment method, our system will redirect you to the PayPal interface, where you can pay the purchase price. With this payment method, our system gives you almost instant access to the purchased content, which you will immediately see in your account ("processed" status).

    4. Debit card/credit card (Stripe)

By using Stripe you can pay by card in a safe way. You can choose if you want to pay in Dollars/Euros/Forints. With this payment method, our system gives you alomst instant access to the purchased content, which you will immediately see in your account. ("processed" status).

Fontos!

Bankkártyával (Stripe), átutalással és a Wise-zal (régi név Transferwise) választhat, hogy dollárban, euróban vagy forintban szeretne vásárolni.  A PayPal rendszerén keresztül viszont csak dollárban lehet fizetni! Kérjük ne próbáljon meg a PayPal-on keresztül forintban vagy euróban vásárolni, mert ebben az esetben rendszerünk megtagadhatja a hozzáférést a megvásárolt termékhez. Ennek az az oka, hogy a weboldalon megadott forint/euró ár nem fog pontosan megegyezni a PayPal által kiszámolt vételárral és emiatt a rendszer nem tekinti teljesítettnek a tranzakciót.

A fizetés módjától függetlenül kérjük vegye figyelembe a következőket:

Minden megrendelésről e-mailben angol nyelvű visszajelzést küldünk. Ez azt jelenti, hogy a rendelés feladását követően egy automatikus angol nyelvű e-mailt fog kapni a rendelés beérkezéséről. Ez az értesítés nem minősül az eladó és a vásárló között létrejött szerződésnek. Csupán jelzi a vásárlónak, hogy rendelési szándékát rendszerünk regisztrálta. Az e-mailben történő visszaigazolás kézbesítésének hiányát okozhatja a rosszul megadott e-mail cím, tehát erre kérjük fokozottan ügyeljen! Amennyiben nem kap automatikus értesítést, ellenőrizze a Spam fiókot is, mert előfordulhat, hogy az automatikusan generált levél oda került.

A fizetést követően Ön visszatér a webáruház oldalára, ahol a tranzakció eredményéről kap visszaigazolást.

Jelenleg az oldalon a következő fizetési módok állnak rendelkezésre:

1. Banki átutalás

Kérjük ügyeljen arra, hogy pontosan a megadott összeget utalja át a kiválasztott pénznemben.  (Példa: Ha a megvásárolni kívánt termék alatt 19 dollár áll, majd a Forint fülben 5700 Ft, az Euro fülben pedig 16 Euró szerepel, akkor pontosan ezen összegek valamelyikét utalja át és ne számolja át forintba/euróba a 19 dollárt az éppen aktuális árfolyamon!)

Amennyiben ezt a fizetési módot választja, rendszerünk átirányítja Önt a PayPal felületére, ahol kiegyenlítheti a vételárat. Ennél a fizetési módnál rendszerünk szinte azonnal hozzáférést ad a megvásárolt tartalomhoz, amit Ön is azonnal látni fog fiókjában ("processed" státusz).

4. Bankkártya/hitelkártya (Stripe)

A Stripe rendszeren keresztül biztonságosan fizethet bankkártyával vagy hitelkártyával is. Ennél a fizetési módnál rendszerünk szinte azonnal hozzáférést ad a megvásárolt tartalomhoz, amit Ön is azonnal látni fog fiókjában ("processed" státusz).
