Rescheduling or Cancellation of Classes
Classes can be cancelled and rescheduled up until 24 hours before the class. You can cancel/reschedule the class by email at info@hungariankati.com. Please note that you cannot cancel or reschedule your lesson within 24 hours. If ( for any reason) you are unable to attend the class and you do not notify us about it 24 hours PRIOR the beginning of the class, you will be charged.
However, if you purchase a package of 10 classes, one of these 10 classes (but only one!) can be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours too.
Invoices / Receipts
When you purchase a class, according to the Hungarian Law, we will issue an electronic invoice or receipt. For this we need your E-mail address, your full name and your postal address. We will not abuse your personal data, we will only use your data for issuing invoices/receipts.
